Field Restoration Technician

What you’ll do:
Perform mold damage restoration, including dry-outs, manage packing, cleaning, debris removal, etc.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
Perform end-of-the-day job cleanup and breakdown
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project
Perform procedures following company and program guidelines and crew supervisor instructions
Have empathy for others and show a sense of urgency in resolving customers’ problems
Work hard and take pride in doing the job right every time
Move equipment and other items from the warehouse to the job site and back
Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns
Work with job tracking app (psa)
What you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college/college degree preferred
Construction experience preferred
IICRC/Restoration experience preferred

Journeyman
Multiple locationsPay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Full-time/Part-time/Contract/TemporarySchedule: 8 hours shift, Monday – Friday
Day shift benefits include health insurance and a flexible schedule!
Ideal candidate will be a skilled construction Journeyman. Requirements include talent in carpentry, drywall (hang, tape, and texture), painting, setting cabinets, tiling, hard surface flooring and finish carpentry. Must have own tools, truck, and a strong work ethic. This is a customer-facing role so a commitment to professionalism (appearance, communication, and follow-through) is a must. Work must be high quality that EC Construction can warranty.**Journeyman jobs are also available for piece work and pay is based on the job. You’ll be given a budget with the expectation of completing in a timely manner. The majority of these jobs are small remodels.**

Job description
Ideal candidate is a highly qualified Drywall Journeyman skilled in repair and remodels as well as Base, Paint, etc. Additional skills desired include carpentry, windows, cabinets, and flooring that would result in additional pay. Other qualities to be successful in this role include dependability, customer-focused, flexible and adaptable, achievement and detail-oriented, innovative and able to work independently with little direction.
